Appaloosas have distinctive coloured stripes on their hoofs. They also have human-like eyes with white around the iris. Appaloosas have a knack for learning tricks. For example, they can be trained to open gates with their muzzles or to fetch objects on command.

Fun fact: Appaloosas coats change colour over the course of time.
